The Next President of the USA

I probably won't vote for him, but since I like to think I have insight, I'm predicting that the next president of the USA is going to be Rick Perry, governor of Texas.  This puts many of you into a conundrum.  You would like me to be labeled a false prophet, but Obama would have to be re-elected for that to happen in this case. ;-)

Historians rank the presidents...

I enjoyed this list of ranking of the presidents made by "prominent historians." Lincoln, Washington, and the Roosevelts get 1-4. Reagan gets 10th. Clinton is 15th. Carter 25th, and the elder Bush gets 18th.

Bush Jr. came in 7th to last, even behind Nixon (27th). James Buchanan was last.
