I suppose most of the people who read this blog would know what Wesley's Quadrilateral was. This blog was originally called Schenck Thoughts when I started it in September of 2004. It was a play on Deep Thoughts by Jack Handy. Then I renamed it to its current name in May of 2008.
I was thinking maybe I should rename it again to something more mainstream. I thought of Wesleyan Thoughts but that's taken. Any suggestions? No promises... just thinking...

Well, you could name it "Something More Mainstream."
Why change?
I'm afraid people will think I'm a square :-)
The heck with 'mainstream'. I appreciate quadrilateral, it takes effort.
how about Hooker's triangle :)
"Common sense Christianity".
Paul Chilcotte has moved the quadrilateral out if the Euclidean conception and into a Cartesian, 3-D world which can speak to a postmodern, analytic geometric type of post-modern world.
Do not be afraid of relativism if it is defined in concrete absolutes!
I always assumed that there was a hidden message when you changed from "Schenck Thoughts" to "Quadrilateral Thoughts": Schenck is a square.
I googled and couldn't find a "Wesleyan Thoughts" blog or website out there . . . unless that is going to be the name of the Wesleyan blog network I hear the Dept. of Communications is tinkering around with. Do you know something I don't know?
What about "Hip to be Quadrilateral"?
I suppose I could be a rectangle :-)
Paul, it was a Wesleyan pastor who, as far as I could see, hadn't posted much of anything. I don't know about the Wesleyan blog network.
I think if I'm not going to switch it to Wesleyan Thoughts, I'll just leave it how it is...
