I enjoyed this list of ranking of the presidents made by "prominent historians." Lincoln, Washington, and the Roosevelts get 1-4. Reagan gets 10th. Clinton is 15th. Carter 25th, and the elder Bush gets 18th.
Bush Jr. came in 7th to last, even behind Nixon (27th). James Buchanan was last.

I am FROM Pennsylvania and LIVE in Indian--both states sponsored one of the "five worst" ;-)
But Indiana at least had Dan Quayle.
