I sent this video to our church staff, without comment, and it was interesting to hear the responses. A Gen Y staff member, and the most skilled musician at our church, really took it to heart that we need to be focused on God, worship, and relationships over performance. A Boomer staff member said the video must have been made by someone who doesn't like church.
